Leeds(UK) folks!

Rethink, the ace mental illness charity are offering FREE mental health first aid training in Leeds for brothers/sisters of people with mental illness on the 8th and 9th of February.

The training includes modules on common mental health problems, depression and anxiety, suicide and psychosis, self-harm, substance misuse and eating disorders. It is designed to empower you to support your sibling and help to tackle stigma and discrimination.
