This website http://grrrlzines.net/zines/A.htm is excellent for all kinds of feminist zines, including ones about self-esteem.
There are a lot of distros such as http://marchingstars.co.uk and http://vampiresushi.co.uk but if you do a google search then you should be able to find lots of links :)
